Diamond Beauty and Boutique has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please do so before 24 hours of your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation charge will be issued. No shows will be charged 50% of service fee.

Diamond Beauty and Boutique will not issue refunds under any circumstances. We never want anyone to be unhappy, and we will always fix the problem at hand.
